J.K. Rowling clarifies that no, there isn’t a Harambe patronus

I’ve been asked to make it clear that Harambe is not a Patronus you can actually get on @pottermore. The previous RT is a joke. As you were.

Some context: J.K. Rowling released a quiz on her website Pottermore on Thursday that tells you what your patronus would be if wizards were real, you were one, and patronuses were actual things. If you’re not a Potter head, you might not know that a patronus is a ghost-like animal that comes out of your wand and wards off the bad guys for you. The kind of beast your patronus emerges as depends on your personality. J.K. Rowling’s is apparently a heron. I don’t know what that says about her other than she likes to perch on one leg in swamps.

Anyway, there’s been a big internet to-do around the release of this silly quiz, so The Chive made a classic internet joke to go with it. And Rowling retweeted it.
